It was a party a minute this last weekend! I lost no time having fun.

Thursday night we went to see Tonic play downtown for Sundown in the City! I called last minute and managed to get reservations at Oodles for the show (it's better than fighting the crowd, lemmetellya. You have a nice table and they bring you food and drinks! Well. And they you pay for it, but still! Quiet the deal IMO.)

I have discovered this mushroom pasta recipe from Cooking Light and it's quickly become a Smith family staple. I'm getting better at it each time I make it and when I was cooking these mushrooms they smelled so stinkin' good I took a picture.

Saturday morning I decided to reduce my carbon footprint and bike to get our CSA food! Here I am at a stop light (Daddy, no comments on my lack of a helmet, please.)

speedy delivery! see my flowers in my backpack? i had an unexpected lot of fun biking downtown - will be pulling our Mrs. McBeavey the bike more often in the future to collect my veggies!

Saturday night we went to a going away party for Seth Reagan. *a tear* He's moving to Nashville but currently resides here:
